    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 81 are scheduled to conduct the annual, two-day personal watercraft and boating safety course for residents of Georgia and Alabama May 17 and May 19 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. EST at the USACE West Point Lake Project Management Office in West Point, Ga.
