The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, Planning and Environmental Division analyzes, formulates, justifies and documents economically and environmentally sustainable projects for our civil works and military programs, and supports our other customers by providing high quality planning, and environmental services throughout the Mobile District’s assigned area of operations.
