    Mobile District employee receives the Steel Order of the De Fleury Medal

    Troy "Neel" Stewart is a project engineer out of the Duke Field Resident Office, Gulf Coast Area Office, Construction Division. He is serving in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as a project engineer at the Transatlantic Afghanistan District and was recently awarded the Steel Order of the De Fleury Medal for his service.

    Mobile District has been recognized in the 2012 Chief of Engineers Awards of Excellence Program with its highest award – Chief of Engineers Award of Excellence – for the designing of the Tyndall Fitness Center at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla.
  • Project manager brings first-time award to district

    John Crane, a project manager for Mobile District, was awarded the Richard E. Bonner Award from the Florida Shore & Beach Preservation Association Sept. 27 for his service and leadership on the Panama City Beaches Project at ceremony held in Naples, Fla.
