U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will host a public workshop for the release of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Bayou Casotte Harbor Channel

        The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District invites the public to participate in an important public workshop on the release of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Bayou Casotte Harbor Channel on July 8, 2014 at the Grand Magnolia Ballroom and Suites in Pascagoula, Mississippi from 5 pm to 7 pm.

          The purpose of the workshop is to receive public input regarding the DEIS for the Bayou Casotte Harbor Channel Improvement Project in Jackson County, Mississippi.  The intent of the DEIS is to address potential impacts associated with the proposed navigation channel improvements.
