Mobile District hosted an In Progress Review meeting today on the Mobile Harbor General Reevaluation Report (GRR). Among those in attendance were U.S. Senator Richard Shelby, Alabama State Port Authority Director James Lyons, and District Commander Col. James DeLapp. The Mobile Harbor GRR is a study authorized by law to be funded by the federal government and the local sponsor (Alabama State Port Authority).
