The Small and Disadvantaged Business Office coordinates the District’s outreach efforts by developing plans to locate capable small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned for current and future acquisition, through the Dynamic Small Business Search or other methods.
The Small and Disadvantaged Business Office counsels small and large businesses as to their opportunities and obligations under contract with the Mobile District and advises small business as to assistance available from other federal agencies.
Small and Disadvantaged Business Office employees consist of Contracting Specialists and Business Majors.
