The Resource Management Office employs Budget Analysts, Accountants, Management Analysts, Administrative Support personnel and serves as the Commander’s primary Resource Management advisor and principal staff office for all financial matters. 
 
Our mission responsibilities include: providing sound financial leadership, enhancing internal controls, and upholding fiscal accountability while providing timely, accurate, and reliable financial information.
 
The District Resource Management Program provides for continual evaluation of resources, overseeing the proper and effective use of appropriated as well as non-appropriated funds, and is directly involved in all major aspects of business management.
 
Components of the program include: management analysis, manpower management, budget formulation and execution, special programs, funding, and accounting to include systems, detailed costing, asset management, financial reporting, and payroll support. 
 
Responsibilities include CFO Act compliance and active participation in the managerial decision-making processes related to general policy setting which affect both long-range and short-range operation of the District as a whole.
