What: 41-foot Marinette Yacht, gasoline powered, with aluminum hull.
Who: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
Where: Located on timber blocks behind locked gate at Coffeeville Lock and Dam, 697 Coffeeville Lock and Dam Road, Silas, Alabama 36919
Why: The vessel sank in Coffeeville Lock on 8 January 2022 and was raised a few days later and placed on blocks at the lock where it remains. The vessel has been abandoned by the previous owner who has relinquished all rights to the vessel in writing.

When/How: Bids must be submitted by e-mail to Mr. Curry no later than 15 June 2022. The vessel will be sold to the highest bidder. The vessel will be sold “as is” and the purchaser will be responsible for loading and removing the vessel from its current position at the lock and dam within 14 days of notice of a successful bid.
