BWT to Temporarily Close Old Lock 15 Boat Ramp

MOBILE, Ala. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District (USACE) will temporarily close the Old 15 Boat Ramp located on Holt Lake from Monday, Nov. 8 – Wednesday, Nov. 10.

The boat ramp, which is managed by the Black Warrior Tombigbee Holt Resource Office, will be closed to provide time for repairs.

As an alternative, the nearest USACE boat ramp is located at Deerlick Creek Park, approximately eight miles away. The ramp can be accessed by Deerlick Road.
