MOBILE, Ala. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Lake Sidney Lanier recreation site announces that Buford Dam Road as well as park areas with entrances inside the general work area will be closed for roadway maintenance on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 9:00 a.m until 5:30 p.m.
The park areas that will be closed include:
- Lower Overlook
- Lower Pool West
- Lower Pool East
- West Bank Turn-out
- West Bank Park
The Lake Lanier Project Management Office and Visitor Center will remain open to public access.
