MOBILE, Ala. -- The Mobile District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, announced June 13, 2019, it will extend the agency comment period an additional 30 days for the Mobile Harbor Integrated Final General Evaluation Report (GRR) with Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS), Mobile County, Alabama. The agency comment period closing date is now extended to Thursday, July 18, 2019.
"A revision to Appendix E of the final report makes the extension necessary" Cesar Yabor, chief of Public Affairs, said. “Mobile District welcomes any additional agency inputs received during this extended comment.”
The official notice identifying the agency comment period extension will appear in the Federal Register on June 14, 2019, amending the initial Federal Register notice published on May 10, 2019.
