The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Mobile District commander, Col. Sebastien P. Joly and Wynne Fuller, Chief Operations Division, will be touring sites affected by Hurricane Michael on Oct. 15 & 16 in both Georgia and Florida.
