Twelve employees from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District, have deployed to the state of Texas to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the USACE, Southwest Division, in recovery operations in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.
