Coastal Engineer Richard Allen an Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler into the Apalachicola River to the broadcast system which provides data communication to the Corps of Engineers into the Apalachicola River near Wewahitchka, Florida for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District. The data provides feedback to basin managers to make informed decisions within the basin and provides a record of data for environmental compliance.
