Representatives from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mobile District, Nashville District, Memphis District, and Vicksburg District signed a Memorandum of Agreement, June 28, to implement Standard Local Operating Procedures for Endangered Species (SLOPES) covering 44 species statewide in Mississippi.
