The initial project was the Water Line Distribution Repair project that replaced 8-inch water line at a cost of more than $1 million. The project’s duration was 400 days. The next overhaul project was the Industrial Area Water and Sanitary Sewer project that replaced a significant amount of 8-inch water line and 8-inch gravity sewer.
