Pic10 Richard Allen, coastal engineer, bring tools up onto the U.S. Coast Guard navigation range in Mobile Bay, in order to complete the installation of new gauges. Two gauges were placed on the northern limits of the potential impact zone on the Mobile River and the same latitude on the Tensaw River. The southern boundary of gauges is located along the U.S. 98 Causeway at the three major openings for the Tensaw, Apalachee and Blakely Rivers.
