The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, invites the public to attend a Town Hall meeting, Feb. 22, to discuss the ongoing study to determine the feasibility of increasing the depth and width of the Mobile Harbor Federal Navigation Channel. The Town Hall will be held at the Mobile Convention Center in downtown Mobile, Ala., from 6 to 8 p.m.
