The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, released the Integrated Feasibility Report for the Proctor Creek Ecosystem Restoration Feasibility Study, Aug. 31. the Corps of Engineers has been conducting the study for Proctor Creek, a watershed in Atlanta, Ga., since 2015 when they signed a cost-sharing agreement with the City of Atlanta to review possible restoration alternatives.
