      <description>MOBILE, Ala. - The National Park Service and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will come together on Wednesday, May 29 to celebrate the restoration of Ship Island, Mississippi. Representatives from the Department of the Interior, the United States Army, as well as Members of the regional Congressional delegation and the State of Mississippi will be on hand to celebrate the restoration. On the island, project leaders will host attendees and the media, demonstrating the progress of the coastal restoration project to date. Representatives will participate in a ceremonial “ground-building” finalizing the closure of the Camille Cut.&lt;br/&gt;
