If you have problems with the reader not
launching, check that your security level in the options for your browser
(view\options\security\safety level for Internet Explorer) is set at
"medium" rather than the default of "high". This
will allow the ActiveX plug-in to load, and the draft EIS should open
when you click it.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader Installed,
you will not be able to view the Draft EIS. The Reader is available below
for you to download, along with installation instructions.
Adobe Acrobat Reader Installation Instructions
The Draft EIS is in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf) which can be viewed by
within your browser by installing Adobe Acrobat Reader.
A. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your system, follow the instructions
below to download it (your prompts may differ slightly).
1.Click this icon  to download Adobe Acrobat
Reader.
2.After you click the icon, select Open it, click OK, and follow the instructions.
3.Click Yes
4.Click Accept
5.Click Install
6.Click OK two times and Adobe Acrobat will install
7.Click OK after installation is complete
8.Click on the Draft EIS page to make it the active window
B. Once you have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your system, click on the ACF
Draft EIS link above.
Adobe Acrobat Reader should launch and the ACF Draft EIS will open.
