meetings, which were scheduled to provide additional opportunities to
comment on the draft EISs.
 The NOA was published by
the Environmental Protection Agency in the Federal Register on October 9, 1998 and
announces the availability of the draft EISs for public review. Copies of the document are
available on this site and in public and university libraries.
 The newsletters explain the process for completing the EISs, the project
history and background, the public involvement opportunities, and provide updates on the
status of the EISs.
 The questionnaire was used during project scoping to solicit the public's
input. This page displays a summary of those responses.
 This document
is the notice that was published in the Federal Register on October 31,
1997 to announce the preparation of the EISs.
