Invasive aquatic weeds, such as hydrilla and water hyacinth are commonly found across Lake Seminole.  To control the spread of these invasive species the Corps uses several management strategies including the application of herbicides across the lake.

The following map indicates where the Corps will make herbicide applications in 2011.  You may also review the Aquatics Management Plan for 2012.

The 2012 Aquatics maps are viewed in jpg format ranging from size from 300kb to 800kb.

The onscreen map system consists of an overlay map and 38 individual plates.  Clicking on a particular region of the lake on the overlay map will load the detailed map of the area.  Pressing Back in your web browser will return you to the overlay map.
