As of June 2006, Army DD1354 forms shall be completed using the
PureEdge Viewer software. In order to prepare a form DD1354, the following
files must be downloaded. After downloading is completed, install the
PureEdge software, open the form DD1354.xfdl (from the extracted DD1354.zip) and edit according to the DD1354
PDF instruction file. For questions pertaining to the functionality
and installation requirements of the PureEdge Viewer, download the PureEdge
Viewer Manual. Please note that the download and usage of PureEdge software is for preparation of forms by all Active Army (military, civilian and contractors), Army Reserves, Army National Guard Bureau, and any Governmental or civilian users conducting official Army business. This software has been made available by The Army Publishing Directorate through an Army-wide enterprise license for PureEdge. Click on the below files in order to download the PureEdge Viewer installer file, DD1354 form (xfdl format), and the DD1354 instructions. If additional information is required regarding the PureEdge Viewer, please download the PureEdge Viewer User Manual. |
