E. Patrick Robbins Assists the District and Deputy District Engineers in a staff capacity in supervising, directing and managing the office and field activities of the District and in formulating and establishing general policies, procedures and regulations. Provides required coordination with the District Staff.

Coordinates, reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of administrative and operating policies and makes recommendations to the District Commander for improvements.

Maintains contact with officials of local, State, and Federal agencies, special interest groups, members of Congress and their staff as necessary. Supervises special projects assigned by the District and Deputy District Engineers.
